Lead rules
What you're buying
A lead is an introduction to a seller offering a Pokémon card collection who agreed to have their information passed to another buyer. You are not buying the cards. Any deal you make with the seller is between you and them, at whatever price you agree.
Listings are written from the seller's own messages and photos. We don't estimate values, grade condition, or verify what the seller said. Look at the photos and decide for yourself.
Bidding
Leads open at the starting bid shown and run for the time shown on the lead. You bid a private maximum; we raise your bid only as needed to keep you ahead, in whole-dollar increments. If two buyers set the same maximum, the earlier one leads. Bids placed in the final minutes extend the clock so nobody gets sniped.
A bid is a commitment. Winning and not paying releases the lead to the next bidder, and repeat no-pays lose their account.
Paying and unlocking
The winner pays online by card within the pay window shown on the order. The seller's name, phone number, the seller conversation and a private brief unlock on My leads as soon as payment lands, and you get them by email too. Any credit on your account is applied automatically.
Dead leads
If the seller already sold, never answers after several real attempts, or the number is wrong, report it from My leads within the report window. We check with the seller. An approved report becomes a credit for the price you paid, applied to your next win. Credits aren't refunded as cash.
A seller who simply turns down your offer is not a dead lead.
Using seller details
Seller contact details are for your own outreach about their collection. Don't resell, share, or add them to marketing lists. Be straightforward with the seller about who you are and that you were referred about their collection. Sellers who report harassment get buyers removed.
Exclusivity
Each lead is sold once. Our team does not pursue a collection after its lead has been sold. We can't stop a seller from talking to other buyers on their own.
